DoubleDragon Corp. has launched a project to make it easier for Filipinos to obtain the Golden Visa and at the same time, achieve good returns on their investments.
Double Dragon is building a mega-hotel near Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport, the Real Madrid sports city and where the F-1 Grand Prix will be located. Called Hotel 101, investors who acquire at least three rooms in the full-service hotel can qualify to apply for the golden visa. The minimum investment is 500,000 euros or about 30 million pesos.
